Most times I tend to wonder, think and even question myself about the reason why I was born some years ago. I know people usually say that God does not just create humans, He creates humans with reasons, aims and purpose. This, I find so hard to believe because as I was growing day by day, I never discovered what my purpose on this earth is, why I was born into this earth, why God created me, why I am a female and also why I God chose to put me in my family. But later, I stumbled upon this book “what on earth am I here for?” written by Rick Warren. Still reading it tho… But while reading this book, Rick made me understand that everything starts and begins with God. What am I trying to bring out here? What I am trying to bring is that, God created us, he made us, he formed us and he knows why we were born some years ago, so why don’t we all go back to our root, our source, our creator and our maker so as to ask him about this particular question that is bothering our minds, this puzzle that is becoming more and more confusing in our heart, the question that is making our hearts cry daily? Why don’t we turn to him and ask him to show us, reveal to us and help us understand why He created us.
Rick said in his book (paraphrased by me) “it’s not that reading motivational books, listening to motivational speakers, etc is a bad idea, but all this are additional benefits when we already know our purpose from our main source, God.” So why don’t we go to him, ask him and believe that he will reveal it to us.
Remember, it all starts with God and everything finds its purpose in Him.
